Any commercial arrangement, referral fee, revenue share, commission, co-branding activity, or collaboration will be governed solely by a separate written agreement or written confirmation issued by TCR.

No person is entitled to any referral fee, commission, revenue share, or other commercial benefit.
A referral or introduction does not guarantee a transaction, onboarding, conversion, engagement, payment, or partnership.
TCR may independently assess, accept, decline, or discontinue any referral, partner relationship, or opportunity.
You must not make representations, commitments, guarantees, or promises on behalf of TCR.
You must not use TCR’s name, identity, logo, materials, or brand assets without prior written approval.
You must obtain all necessary consent before sharing the personal information of a prospective client, investor, founder, partner, or contact with TCR.
7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Certain TCR offerings may be subject to fees, including memberships, events, programmes, advisory engagements, partner arrangements, or other services.
Where fees apply, relevant pricing, payment timelines, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be communicated through the applicable plan, invoice, proposal, order form, event page, or written agreement.
